Who We Are
Maplebrooke started out in 1985 as Specialist Joinery Company. We then incorporated as a Limited Company in 2003 at the same time as new Directors were introduced into the company and with their expertise we expanded into the Construction Sector.
We are a privately owned company with a wealth of experience from the management right through to the craftsmen on site. The quality of service is closely monitored and all our clients have direct access to the management team.
What We Do
Maplebrooke provides a range of services for the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Public and Private Sectors including restoration and refurbishment, new builds, conversions, fit-outs and specialist bespoke joinery. We have a lean overhead structure enabling us to provide a very competitive service.
Maplebrooke strives to work closely with all its clients to achieve a project that is within budget, on time and something that both the client, its team and the contractors can be proud of. We carry out works direct for the client or under the instruction of architects, surveyors, project managers, estate departments and contract administrators.
We are based in Bedfordshire from where we are well placed to carry out contracts throughout most of the country but predominantly in the south east, south midlands and London.

Health and Safety

We are committed to the control and management of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities and strive for continual improvement through long term strategies.
Maplebrooke are members of and retain the services of the Nat West Mentoring Services (www.natwestmentor.co.uk) that assist us in health and safety matters including advising, monitoring and auditing our operations, policies and procedures.
We are SAFE CONTRACTOR accredited – the Construction Health and Safety Scheme that requires contractors to demonstrate a high standard in respect of health and safety matters. Accreditation will assure clients that they are appointing competent contractor in respect of their health and safety responsibilities.
