Due to the nature of our public sector clients and the secure areas that we work in, we require all of our staff members to complete enhanced security vetting prior to engaging them in employment. As such you can be sure that whether we are working in an airport, a hospital or your home that our staff are reliable and trustworthy.

Operatives

All of our on-site personnel are closely monitored throughout our projects in order to guarantee the quality of our works. We ensure that all personnel have been correctly inducted prior to commencing work on site for their own safety, the safety of their colleagues and the safety of the general public, but also to ensure that a culture of Health and Safety permeates our workplace at all times.

Apprentices

Apprentices and trainees are an essential core of maintaining and thus increasing our workforce. We offer the opportunity to apprentices/trainees to excel by rotating them amongst experienced personnel.

After familiarising the trainee with the operations and nature of our business, they are settled into their training programme and given advice and mentoring throughout their training stages.
