Church Mount, London

This project required a the existing property to be demolished and rebuilt which transformed it from a dated space into a contemporary masterpiece. The meticulous planning and execution began with increasing the footprint, which not only enhanced the property's footprint but also brought in an abundance of natural light. The kitchen became the heart of the home, featuring open-plan living areas that seamlessly connect with the outdoors, thereby creating a harmonious blend between inside and outside spaces. State-of-the-art technology was integrated throughout, ensuring that comfort and convenience accompany the elegance.

London Luton Airport, Luton

In response to the growing passenger needs and the overarching goal of enhancing the traveller experience, a significant project has was undertaken at London Luton Airport. The initiative focused on repurposing a currently redundant storage area into a modern and efficient toilet block, aimed at providing first-rate facilities for airport visitors. The successful transformation of the storage area into a state-of-the-art toilet block marks a significant milestone in London Luton Airport's ongoing efforts to improve passenger facilities.

Percival House, Luton

A full interior fit-out was completed at Percival House to create an office space for London Luton Airport. The design emphasised modernity and efficiency, incorporating open-plan workstations alongside collaborative spaces. Materials and finishes were selected to align with the airport's branding and sustainability goals. High-quality, durable materials were utilised to ensure longevity and ease of maintenance, reflecting the high foot traffic typical of an airport environment. Advanced technology was seamlessly integrated into the workspace, enabling efficient communication and collaboration, with dedicated areas for meetings and brainstorming sessions equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment.

Alice Court, Luton

The project required us to design and build a block of 12 high-end flats within a gated community. From the outset, our vision was to create a harmonious blend of aesthetic appeal and functionality, ensuring that each flat offered not only comfort but also a unique expression of style. We focused on using high-quality materials and energy-efficient technologies. The layout of the flats was planned to maximise natural light and ventilation, enhancing the living experience. Each unit featured spacious open-plan living areas, elegant finishes, and state-of-the-art amenities. The design also prioritised privacy, with soundproofing measures and strategic landscaping that created serene outdoor spaces.

Enham Arch, Andover

The project entailed a comprehensive shell and core strip-out of an industrial unit to meet the landlord's specifications. This involved the complete removal of non-structural elements, such as interior walls, ceilings, and flooring, effectively returning the unit to its bare structural shell. Careful attention was given to the safe disposal of materials and compliance with environmental regulations, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding area. By removing the outdated facades and unwanted installations, the project aimed to enhance the building’s appeal for potential future tenants.

Freemans Parc, Cardiff

The project focused on the demolition of an existing unit and the subsequent construction of a brand-new Coffee Pod. The initial phase involved meticulously removing the old structure, ensuring that the surrounding environment was protected and the demolition was conducted safely and efficiently. With the site cleared, the design team collaborated to create a modern, inviting space that balances contemporary aesthetics with functionality.
