International Departure Lounge Works

These works involved removing the existing failed flooring and replacing with a new improved tile. New power points were installed and a new information board was installed for passengers at London Luton Airport.


Maplebrooke Christmas Party

We recently had out Christmas Party at TopGolf In Watford to celebrate the hard work from the team this year. A great evening was had by all. This was a great round up to the year and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.


Removal of Redundant Ductwork

We were required to remove three sections of redundant ductwork to allow for the future installation of a Mansafe System. The works required preparation by our specialist asbestos contractor to allow for the removal of these sections of ductwork.


Internal Hoarding Install

Maplebrooke were tasked with installing a large internal hoarding within the departure lounge of London Luton Airport. The design was carefully considered to ensure the fire strategy was not compromised during the works and that temporary works were suitably managed


Shingle Replacement

09 Nov 2024


One of clients requested that their failed shingle around their offices to be replaced. Old shingle was removed, new supports installed and then it was all backfilled. This simple job has greatly improved the image of the offices


ATM Removal

31 Oct 2024


As part of our ongoing works for Change Group the small project consisted of removing the existing ATM machine and replacing the diabond on the unit. Works were completed out of hours due to being located within a busy environment

Charity Football Day




18th October 2024


Maplebrooke sponsored the Charity Football Day hosted by London Luton Airport in support of their charities. We also entered a team but unfortunately no trophies won this time!


Roof Repairs

13 September 2024


Maplebrooke were tasked with completing essential roof repairs to one of the airside buildings at London Luton Airport. The project involved cleaning the existing roof, re-felting and installing replacement skylights.
